Management Portal
Terms of use
Early test version. Last updated 13 October 2026.
The Leaseholder Management Portal is run by Woody Lenton, a leaseholder, to help leaseholders in England and Wales organise their building's affairs and disputes together. By creating an account you agree to these terms. They're written to be read, so please do.
It isn't legal advice
- The portal helps you organise: documents, dates, key points and letters. It isn't a solicitor and doesn't give legal advice.
- The AI can get things wrong. It can misread a document, miss or misjudge a date or deadline, or suggest wording that isn't right for you. Treat everything it suggests as a starting point.
- Check important dates and deadlines yourself, against the original documents and the law. Missing a legal deadline can cost you money or rights.
- Where a lot is at stake, get professional advice (for example a solicitor, LEASE (the Leasehold Advisory Service) or Citizens Advice) before you act.
- Nothing other leaseholders write in the portal is advice either. It's their own view.
What you add
- Only upload documents you're entitled to share, and only what's needed for your building or dispute.
- Take care with other people's personal details. The portal helps you keep them private (templates, private documents), but you choose what you share.
- Be fair and accurate about people and companies. Don't post anything abusive, misleading or defamatory.
- You stay responsible for letters you send and actions you take, even if the portal helped you write them.
Your building's admins
Admins are leaseholders who approve members and look after their building in the portal. They can remove members who break these terms.
An early test
- The portal is still being built. Features may change, stop working for a while, or be removed.
- Keep your own copies of important documents: the portal isn't a backup.
- The portal may be paused or closed. If that happens, we'll tell you first where we can, so you can download what you need.
Responsibility
The portal is provided free, as it is, while it's tested. As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for losses from relying on it, including on anything the AI suggests. Nothing here limits your rights where the law says it can't.
Changes and contact
These terms may be updated as the portal grows; we'll say when they change. They're governed by the law of England and Wales. Questions: woodylen@gmail.com. How your information is used is in the privacy notice.
